Product quality

Baby clothes made from organic cotton, functional furniture, modern tableware: Tchibo’s range of consumer goods is wide and diverse. We guarantee the high quality of our products: Tchibo specialists develop each product themselves, and our suppliers then produce them exclusively for us. This is the only way we can influence the quality of each of our products from the beginning.

Our products are tested by our in-house testing department as well as by independent laboratories. Only when all criteria are met do we award the TCM (Tchibo Certified Merchandise) quality seal. Our quality standards relate not only to the purely physical quality of the product, but also to the conditions under which the products were manufactured. For example, the social responsibilities towards all employees involved in the production process. We also consider the environmental impact of the way our products are made.
