Nevertheless corporate responsibility is part of our quality promise. This is because our customers, just like us, want to be sure that Tchibo products are produced under humane and dignified conditions. The requirements we place on our suppliers across the world are correspondingly high.


We help our suppliers to comply with our requirements. To do this, we take the approach of a partnership-based dialogue. With our system for implementing minimum social standards, we set the bar very high – both for our manufacturers and for us. But together we can achieve our goal.
