Become an IT expert!
Just as we only source the best coffee beans for our unique business model, we also use top-notch computer technology. Our IT experts do everything in their power to provide tailor-made communications solutions by linking hardware and software components into faultless networks.
From logical thinker to PC support staff: immerse yourself in Tchibo’s world of computing and learn how to use complex systems in our IT departments with multiple providers and platforms! You will embark on a journey through our entire IT world, which is as diverse as our business processes based around coffee and changing Non Food products. Your instructor and contacts in the departments will guide you through it. On your educational exploration of the daily business of an IT specialist at Tchibo you will also complete your own small project tasks. We always put you in the thick of the action: at the interface between internal departments such as Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and external service providers, you are in contact with international IT colleagues. During your IT-centric training you also get to know Sales, take a user’s perspective of the whole thing, and go on excursions to our Tchibo shops and logistics warehouses. In short, you explore the multifaceted Tchibo landscape. Nor do we neglect the interesting ‘peripheral’ matters. For instance, you will be treated to complementary IT training and joint projects with other apprentices.
