Plan for the future in good time – with our pension plans
The future of our employees is important to us. As a sign of appreciation and acknowledgement for services rendered, for the past ten years we have granted all employees of Tchibo GmbH and its German subsidiaries a company pension scheme in the form lump sum reflecting the company’s long-term success. The amount of the sum depends on the contractual position and the length of time with the company. By doing so, we are setting a good example for our industry.

Tchibo offers its employees an extensive package of voluntary social benefits. For instance, if you work at our Head Office in Hamburg, for a small fee you can play more than 30 different types of sport at the Tchibo Recreation Centre 30, go swimming in the pool or pump up your health in the weight room. We also subsidise your meals at the staff canteen and give you discounts on Tchibo products.
