We currently offer aftersales services in four different areas: Non Food, Furniture, Coffee Machines , Watches and Jewelry. The Non Food area includes various electronic devices sold by Tchibo, such as sewing machines and stereo systems. Depending on the defect of the product and the price range, we enable our customers to replace or repair their Tchibo product or provide them with the appropriate spare parts, provided these are not commonly used items such as light bulbs. Customers whose product is defective can contact us via the complaint form on the Tchibo website or the service hotline to make use of the repair or replacement service. To ensure a smooth service, we have been working for years with various repair center partners in different regions of Germany, each of which specializes in different Tchibo product lines and handles spare parts handling and the repair and replacement service for us. For years, we have been working with five repair centers, each of which specializes in different Tchibo product lines:

Independently of our aftersales service, we also offer spare parts for our fully automatic Esperto machines online in our webshop so that we and our customers can enjoy the machine for a long time. Whether brew group, water tank or drip tray - if a part of the machine is no longer working properly, customers can easily reorder a wide selection of spare parts via our online store. Individual parts can be easily replaced instead of having to buy a new machine.

We are gradually rolling out this service to other product groups, such as furniture and cases.

Problems with your fully automatic coffee machine or another Tchibo coffee machine? Perhaps the video inspection can help solve it. We introduced this service for all our coffee machines at the beginning of 2022. To do this, our customers simply make an appointment with our service technicians. Many problems can be solved with the video inspection. In this way, we avoid unnecessary postage and improve the service experience for our customers.

Watch the videos on YouTube, from sewing on buttons to mending holes - everything you need for an easy repair at home! In cooperation with Bridge & Tunnel, we have also twice offered a sewing and repair service for all beloved Tchibo textile products in our Hamburg store at Rathausmarkt. The aim of these events: To show our customers how easy repair can be and that it is worthwhile to repair beloved items in order to save resources.
