Spare parts can be ordered by phone through Tchibo Customer Service or via a request form under "Service & Help." Depending on the product defect and the price range, we offer our customers the option of exchanging or repairing their Tchibo product or providing them with the appropriate spare parts. This also applies to our coffee machines and coffee preparation products. Processing is handled by our long-standing repair centers. Tchibo covers the costs of services within the guarantee and warranty period. After that, we offer the service at our own expense. We use coffee machines that we cannot recondition and return to the customer to obtain spare parts. We also sell various spare parts for fully automatic coffee machines individually in the Tchibo webshop. Simply add the spare part to your shopping cart and order – it's that simple!

All our coffee machines feature an automatic shut-off function after several minutes. This saves electricity and energy costs.

Since November 2021, customers have been able to book an appointment online for a video inspection with a service technician. This allows customers to bring their personal service technician "to their home" via video chat, providing quick and easy assistance without having to move their machine. The whole process is simple and convenient via smartphone, laptop, or tablet. With the video inspection, many problems can be resolved and errors rectified before the machine needs to be sent in.
