Our sustainability report 2024 is is based on our updated materiality analysis. As the implementation of the CSRD is still being finalised across Europe in the Omnibus Procedure, the 2024 report has been partially adapted to the new requirements, but not yet fully.
Launched in the summer of 2025, Tchibo Refurbished for fully automatic coffee machines has seen a pleasing increase in demand within a few months and enjoys great popularity among customers – both when buying used machines and when selling the refurbished models.

Our colleague Julia is a speaker at the event "Effective Approaches to Combating Child Labor – Proven Measures in Practice," organized by UNICEF Germany and the UN Global Compact Network Germany, and will present examples from our non-food, cotton, and coffee supply chains.
The new Privat Kaffee Limited Guatemala combines the highest level of enjoyment and sustainability, as the project coffee from the Tchibo coffee program comes from Santa Bárbara, where we promote more sustainable coffee cultivation through the planting of shade trees through our coffee program.
We are constantly developing our sustainability commitment. Another country is now being added to our coffee program: Kenya! Our sustainability activities in Kenya have a long history. As part of our coffee program, we are now becoming active again in this region with new partners.
