What does sustainable specialty coffee cultivation in Tanzania look like? Participants can experience this on an "Safari Meets Coffee" tour. At the Tchibo farm Machare Coffee Estate, experts provode extensive knowledge about the origin and cultivation of coffee, as well as harvesting and processing.

The new Privat Kaffee Limited Guatemala combines the highest level of enjoyment and sustainability, as the project coffee from the Tchibo coffee program comes from Santa Bárbara, where we promote more sustainable coffee cultivation through the planting of shade trees through our coffee program.
We are constantly developing our sustainability commitment. Another country is now being added to our coffee program: Kenya! Our sustainability activities in Kenya have a long history. As part of our coffee program, we are now becoming active again in this region with new partners.
In an interview with LifeVERDE, Pablo speaks for Tchibo about the successes and challenges of the coffee program, regional differences in cultivation, and why patience is crucial for sustainable change.

Congrats to initiative for coffee&climate who has gained momentum, and has collaborated with 142,474 coffee farming households around the globe so far - facing complex challenges due to climate change. Tchibo is a founding member of the initiative and is represented on the Steering Committee.
